Before approving a payment or conversion, review:
  • The balance and amount you will spend.
  • The receiving currency and amount.
  • The exchange rate and fees.
  • Any network cost or funding requirement.
  • The quote expiry and any arrival estimate shown.
Your bank, wallet or payment provider may charge additional fees under its own terms. Do not assume a transfer is free because the source and destination currencies match.

Transaction limits

Available limits depend on the payment method, provider, account and verification requirements. The app checks the selected route and amount before funding. Follow any error or verification prompt shown. If you need help with a limit, contact hi@glide.co. Include the payment method and the error message, but never include a private key or sign-in code.

Retries

If a rate limit or temporary error appears, follow the retry guidance. If a payment may already have been submitted, check its activity and status before creating another transfer.
