For a bank payment, choose the receiving currency, then the recipient and amount. Review the live quote and confirm with the required wallet. Business vault payments use the entity’s proposal and signing controls. See Send money.

Save recipient details

Save the vendor’s name, account details and receiving currency through the recipient flow available for your account. Review the details on each payment. Saving a recipient does not grant standing approval or add the destination to an agent’s policy allowlist.

Approvals

Review your entity’s current approval policy before submitting a payment. For vault transfers, check the required signers and follow the proposal through execution. A recurring vendor relationship does not bypass these controls.

QuickBooks and Xero

Where transaction export is offered, download a generic CSV, a Xero CSV or a QuickBooks IIF file. Check the import format accepted by your accounting software and reconcile the records there. Live invoice sync from QuickBooks Online or Xero is not available. The AP agent skill is also blocked on those integrations. Glide does not automatically mark invoices as paid in your accounting software.

Cross-border payments

Choose a method enabled for your account and recipient:
  • USDC. Use a supported network and check the destination wallet.
  • Bank payment. The currency-first Noah flow offers USD ACH/Fedwire and EUR SEPA. Other channels are offered only when available for the selected destination.
Review the rate, fees and receiving amount before confirming. A currency directory or connector listing does not establish live payout coverage.

Failed or uncertain payments

Check the payment status and any partner error before retrying. A failed submission does not establish that funds have returned. If the outcome is uncertain, contact support with the payment reference and resolve it before creating another payment.
