Product · Ownership

Your cap table, next to the money it belongs to.

Import the whole thing from your existing provider, keep it reconciled, and stop paying a separate vendor to hold a spreadsheet you already own.

What you get

Import from Carta

Bring the full export across — stakeholders, share classes, options, vesting, transactions — and Glide reconciles every workbook against the others before it writes a single row.

Nothing is accepted half-imported

A snapshot is created only once all five source workbooks agree. If they do not reconcile, you get the discrepancy rather than a cap table that is quietly wrong.

Every version is kept

Each import is stored as an immutable, digest-addressed snapshot with its source files attached, so you can show exactly what the table looked like on any date you were asked about.

Stakeholders and payments in one place

The people on your cap table are frequently the people you pay. Founders, advisors and contractors resolve to the same records that payroll and invoicing already use.

Ownership maths you can check

Fully diluted and as-converted views, option pool remaining, and per-holder positions — computed from the imported source rather than typed into a summary slide.

No separate bill

Cap table is included. It is not a seat, a tier, or a line on the pricing page.

How it works

  1. Export the workbooks from your current provider.
  2. Upload the workbooks. Glide reconciles them and reports anything that does not tie out.
  3. Review the snapshot and publish it. Prior snapshots stay readable forever.
