Incoming wires use the same routing number, addressed to Mountain America at 9800 S. Monroe St., Sandy, UT 84070 — not the West Jordan address in the Federal Reserve directory. The credit union also wants your account number, your physical address, and the name on the account.

An incoming wire posts the day it arrives if Mountain America receives it by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and everything received that day should generally post by 6:00 p.m. MT. Wires move Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. To trace one, ask the sender for the 22-character IMAD.
